Can I download videos?
All videos on A-Vod are streamed, and download services are not offered. Additionally, downloading or recording videos is prohibited. If we detect unauthorized downloads, your access to the service may be suspended.

Charges to your credit card will be processed on the day you submit your membership application or the following business day. However, the actual billing date by your card issuer may vary, so please check with your card issuer for details.
This site operates on an auto-renewal system. Unless you cancel your membership, your contract will be automatically renewed every 30 days, and membership fees will be charged.
If you wish to cancel without auto-renewal, please complete the cancellation process before the next renewal date.
Can I pay via bank or postal transfer?

I get an authentication error even after entering my user ID and password.
When entering your ID and password, ensure there are no errors in capitalization, that alphanumeric characters are entered in half-width, and that there are no spaces before or after the input. Full-width input will cause errors.
If the error persists, it may be caused by cache issues. Follow the steps below, then close and restart your browser before attempting to log in again:
1. Delete Cache
→ Go to "Tools" in the menu
→ Select "Internet Options"
→ Choose "Delete Files" under Temporary Internet Files
→ Check "Delete all offline content"
→ Click "OK"
2. Delete Cookies
→ Go to "Tools" in the menu
→ Select "Internet Options"
→ Choose "Delete Cookies" under Temporary Internet Files
→ Check "Delete all cookies"
→ Click "OK"
3. Security Settings
→ Go to "Tools" in the menu
→ Select "Internet Options"
→ Choose the "Security" tab
→ Set the security level to "Medium"
→ Adjust the level as needed and click "Apply"
→ Click "OK"

How long is the valid membership period?
The minimum valid membership period is 30 days from the enrollment date.
I get an error when pressing the payment button and can't sign up.
Please ensure all required fields are entered accurately. The D2Pass ID and password must be entered in half-width alphanumeric characters. Please avoid using Japanese characters, full-width characters, kanji, spaces, hyphens (-), underscores (_), or symbols. If you encounter an error despite entering all information correctly, please contact customer support using the "Inquiry Form."

I entered the wrong email address during signup. Can I correct it?

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, click the Cancellation Form (Login Required), fill out the form with your registration details, and click the submit button. Once the cancellation process is completed successfully, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address within 48 hours. After canceling, you can continue using the site services until the valid membership period ends.
