(1) Avod Terms and Conditions

In these membership terms and conditions, the subscriber is referred to as "Subscriber" or "You," and Avod is referred to as "a-vod.com" or "We." These membership terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") become effective when a user ID and password are issued to the Subscriber by a-vod.com. All service-related fees are also calculated from the moment the user ID and password are issued to the Subscriber.

1. Compliance with Laws and Community Standards

   The subscriber affirms that they understand the laws and community standards regarding adult media in their place of residence and declares that viewing the transmission of adult videos on a-vod.com does not violate such laws or standards. The subscriber also acknowledges that a-vod.com bears no responsibility for requesting, receiving, or processing materials on this site and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Consent to View Adult Content

   This website is intended solely for adults (18 years or older or individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction) who wish to access images, language, and audio that may be classified as adult or pornographic. 3. Membership Fees

   Membership fees for accessing the services ("Service"), information, and products provided by this website are automatically charged for specified periods. Until the subscriber cancels their membership, the current membership fee will be automatically renewed and charged to the designated credit card for each specified period. No refunds will be issued for these fees. Once a transaction has been processed, no changes, cancellations, or partial refunds will be allowed. a-vod.com operates under the laws of Cyprus and does not accept cooling-off period requests. If the registered credit card cannot be charged for any reason, a recurring system will automatically attempt to charge other registered credit cards for all purchases. If, for any reason, none of the subscriber's registered credit cards can be charged, including expired cards, the subscriber must provide updated account information or a new credit card within 30 days of the scheduled charge date. The company reserves the right to use third-party services, including but not limited to card association or gateway provider update services, to update credit card information. If the subscriber submits a new valid credit card or updated information within 30 days or if an updated card is successfully charged, the membership will remain active continuously from the initial registration date.

   The subscriber acknowledges that unless they complete the membership cancellation process, their membership will continue without prior notice and will be automatically charged, including applicable membership fees and any taxes collected by the company from registered alternative credit cards, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

   As of February 7, 2013, all subscribers are provided with High-Speed Plan services.
   (The High-Speed Plan applies only to subscribers accessing from PCs and is not applicable to iPhones or other smartphones.) Subscribers wishing to use this plan must ensure their computer and internet service provider meet the service requirements. An additional service fee of $5 per month will be automatically charged to the credit card provided by the subscriber for the High-Speed Plan service. Subscribers wishing to cancel this service can complete the cancellation process through the D2pass My Account portal. Although a-vod.com's standard policy does not allow cancellations or refunds for any reason, High-Speed Plan subscribers may request a refund of the service fee or other fees (charges) imposed by a-vod.com by submitting a detailed reason for the request via the designated inquiry form. If a-vod.com approves the refund request at its discretion, the refund amount will be credited to the subscriber's registered credit card.

4. Right to Modify Prices, Content, Terms, Policies, and Other Published Information

   a-vod.com reserves the right to modify any prices, website content, these Terms and Conditions, policies, and all other published information at any time and at its sole discretion. These changes will take effect 30 days after they are published on this website or in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of these Terms and Conditions. Subscribers are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms, prices, policy provisions, and other important regulations for any changes. Continued use of a-vod.com after such changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

5. Forced Cancellation and Suspension of Service by a-vod.com

   If the subscriber violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior that is clearly inconsistent with them, or for any other reason, a-vod.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate and/or suspend services to the subscriber or any individual without any obligation to provide prior notice. a-vod.com assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the cancellation or suspension of access to this website by the subscriber or any individual.

6. Cancellation by Subscriber

   If the subscriber wishes to cancel their membership, they must submit a cancellation request through the designated cancellation form available on the website no later than the day before the account renewal date.

7. Disclaimer

   a-vod.com makes no warranties regarding the Service and disclaims all liability for: (1) the availability of the Service, its accuracy, and its content; (2) merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, a-vod.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and independent contractors are not liable for system performance issues, negligence, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays caused by system crashes, tampering, or unauthorized access to or use of records. Liability for any damages or losses, regardless of whether they arise from breach of contract, warranty, or other wrongful acts, is limited to the membership fee paid during the month in which the damage or loss was reported.

8. Computer System Requirements

   The subscriber is solely responsible for the costs of the computer, telecommunications equipment, and internet access required to access this website and the "Service." If full use of the "Service" is not possible due to difficulties such as issues with downloading images, or if such issues arise due to the performance of the subscriber's computer or their internet service provider, no refunds will be issued for payments made for the "Service."

9. User ID and Password

   Access to and use of the "Service" requires a User ID and password. For security reasons, a-vod.com will never disclose passwords. Unauthorized access to the "Service" constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions as well as a violation of the law.

10. Accuracy of Provided Information

    The subscriber guarantees that all information provided for subscribing to the "Service" is complete and accurate. This agreement cannot be transferred to any individual or entity. Additionally, in the event of changes to the expiration date of the credit card used for payment, changes to address or billing address, loss, theft, unauthorized use, or disclosure of ID or password, or any apparent security breach, the subscriber must immediately notify a-vod.com. a-vod.com assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from the unauthorized use of the "Service." Upon the subscriber's request, access to billing records related to the "Service" will be provided.

11. Prohibited Activities

    The subscriber shall not engage in any of the prohibited activities defined by a-vod.com, including but not limited to: (1) decrypting anti-copying codes embedded in data owned or maintained by a-vod.com, (2) using materials on the "Service" for purposes other than personal use, (3) actions that cause or may cause loss or damage to a-vod.com or third parties, (4) violating laws or standards related to adult media in the subscriber's local community, (5) interfering with public internet connections, and (6) any other actions deemed inappropriate by a-vod.com.

12. Disclaimer

    The subscriber agrees to hold a-vod.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and independent contractors harmless from any complaints, costs, or demands (including attorney fees) made by third parties arising from the subscriber's use or misuse of this website. a-vod.com reserves the right to manage and defend itself in any matter for which it is indemnified by the subscriber. The subscriber agrees to cooperate with a-vod.com in any defense related to such matters.

13. Prohibition of Reproduction

    Except for content in the public domain or electronic messages, all materials displayed on the "Service" are subject to copyright. Therefore, reproduction, redistribution, or downloading of such materials is prohibited unless prior written consent from a-vod.com is obtained or explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

14. Private Use

    The materials on the "Service" are intended solely for the subscriber's private and non-commercial use for entertainment purposes, and any other use is strictly prohibited.

15. Content

    All content provided to members is professionally produced with the consent of legal adults. If a community member encounters content that could be considered illegal, it is strongly recommended to report such content immediately using the inquiry form on this website. This is to prevent potential violations of card brand rules and to maintain the reliability of payment networks. 17. These Terms and Conditions include the complete understanding between the subscriber and a-vod.com regarding the use of the "Service," and they take precedence over all prior written or oral understandings. Amendments shall only be made through notifications from a-vod.com to the subscriber. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the provisions written here will remain effective until the expiration of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
