Can I download videos?
For A-Vod's pay-per-view service, you can purchase streaming or download options. The download validity period is 14 days from the purchase date, so please download the content within this period.

In the "Settings" window, select "Never" under "Check for newer versions of stored pages" and click "OK." Close the "Internet Options" window by clicking "OK." Can I use the site on an iPhone or iPad?

Can purchased videos be viewed multiple times?
For downloads, you can download videos within 14 days of purchase. Videos saved to your computer can be watched as many times as you like, even after the download period expires. For streaming-only purchases, videos can be streamed on the site for 7 days.

I get an authentication error even after entering my user ID and password.
When entering your ID and password, ensure there are no errors in capitalization, that alphanumeric characters are entered in half-width, and that there are no spaces before or after the input. Full-width input will cause errors.
If the error persists, it may be caused by cache issues. Follow the steps below, then close and restart your browser before attempting to log in again:
1. Delete Cache
→ Go to "Tools" in the menu
→ Select "Internet Options"
→ Choose "Delete Files" under Temporary Internet Files
→ Check "Delete all offline content"
→ Click "OK"
2. Delete Cookies
→ Go to "Tools" in the menu
→ Select "Internet Options"
→ Choose "Delete Cookies" under Temporary Internet Files
→ Check "Delete all cookies"
→ Click "OK"
3. Security Settings
→ Go to "Tools" in the menu
→ Select "Internet Options"
→ Choose the "Security" tab
→ Set the security level to "Medium"
